Bikes maker Royal Enfield looks forward to add two new models under its products line by the end of 2017. The firm which sells luxurious bikes like Bullet, Thunderbird, classic etc is globally known for its brand value.
According to the sources the firm is working over developing two new engine platforms. The new products will be based on the new engine architecture.
Manager Director and CEO of Eicher Siddhartha said, ” The first model built with the new engine architecture will be out next year. The second model will follow it in 2017″. Royal Enfield is Eicher Motor’s two wheeler associate.
The CEO added that there will be multiple products based on the new engine architecture ranging from 250 cc and 750 cc. The managing director declined to disclose further details about the new products.
CEO Siddhartha believes that the addition of new products under its brand would increase the position of the company globally. “We are in a good state of business. We look forward to take the momentum globally and increase the company’s profits”, he added.
The company has successfully established its global destinations in the cities like Paris, London and Dubai in the recent times. The firm will soon launch a business point in Jakarta, this month, the Finance Times said.
