So many young guys often ask me, that no matter what they do, they can’t build muscles, they can’t get big, they really eat a lot, and train hard, but they don’t get the results they look for. In this quest, they become disappointed, confused and disheartened. They try different supplements, different training methods, but all that in vain!!!
Consume Enough Calories?
Then I ask one question to all of those guys who ask me the solution of getting big and build some huge muscles and same question to all of you guys who are reading this, my question is simple to all of you guys, do you really think you eat a lot and do you really think you consume enough quality calories in order to build some extra body tissues and muscles? My simple question, invariably compel all of those guys into the deep ponder and then they all say, hmm, well, oh, yeaaaaaah,
Ok, today I’m going to share a very simple and very powerful formula with all of you in order to pack some really quality big muscles, and with this simple formula and some other tips I’m going to share with you guys here, you will be able to gain muscles in no time.
Gigantic Muscles Building Formula
Here is the formula for the gigantic muscles, Calories Surplus; did I confound you for a moment there? You must be thinking, what is calories surplus? Calories surplus means, you need to consume more calories relatively to calories expenditure.
Let me explain this simple formula one more time with different examples.
More calories consumption > less calories burnt = More Muscles Gain.
Energy in-More than-Energy Out = Muscles Gain.
I would also like to mention some of the other very important factors in the pursuit of building muscles, this is the simple formula, and I don’t have any dubious thought about this formula, because it definitely works and it shows great results, but efficacy and speed of this formula result varies person to person. If you are very tall, perhaps you need more time to see some results when you following this formula.
Overall Physical Activity
You also consider other factors, if you think you have gone into the calories surplus, but you don’t see the results, you also look into your overall physical activity, if you are very active during the day, you are involved into some other sports, or you are participating in running competition etc, or you work in the profession, where there is a lot of physical input is required, then yes, it’ll take some time to go into the calories surplus.
Little Fat Gain is Inevitable
Another imperative thing to note, when you go into calories surplus, little bit fat gain is inevitable, as this process is natural. Also the losing body weight and gaining weight is entirely different. You also need to lift heavy for fewer reps and longer rest period between sets, and one last thing, when you go into the calories surplus, trying eating healthy balance food, consisting, protein, healthy carbohydrates, good fats, fruits and vegetables, Calories surplus does not give you the license to eat anything.
