China has once again doubled its tongue in the matters of commercial interests. An official from China said in a media interaction that china wants its projects to be completed in the PoK without any hurdles from India and at the same time India should not participate in the Oil drilling in the South China Sea.
Mr Huang in his conversation with the Media has conveyed China’s double stands in the issue of Pok, Pakistan occupied Kashmir clearly. He said ” we know the problems of the Indian side. We are committed to our interests as it a high commercial project and we, the stake holders does not want to enter into losses. We, as every nation strive for our development economically”. India has been objecting the construction of industrial corridor in the Pok region by china. Earlier, PM Narendra Modi conveyed the same to the dragon nation in his tour to China last week.
When a media person asked him why not India consider the same stand in the South China sea, Huang said that the construction of the corridor was in the interests of the people living in the local areas and that India has been striving for the commercial oil drilling in the South China sea.
Vietnam has made a deal with the Indian state owned ONGC to drill oil in the South China Sea which was a estimated $40 billion project. China has condemned the deal as it believed that it owned almost all of the South China sea, the NDTV reports.
Speaking on the issue External Affairs Minister of India, Ms Sushma Swaraj said ” we have condemned the constructions by China in the PoK region through the China ambassador”. she also reiterated that India has been dealing with the Vietnam as part of its commercial interests and not politically.
