Russia: In what could be termed as another “awkard incident” a 21 year old Russian girl, ended up shooting herself in a bid to take a selfie posing with a gun at point blank.
According to the reports, the girl who used to work in a office caught hold of a gun, which the security personnel left at the work place. Having felt interesting to post a selfie online with the gun, the girl tried to snap a photo with her mobile and unfortunately ended up shooting herself.
The position of the Girl is very critical at the moment, undergoing treatment in a hospital in Moscow.
The police are investigating into the matter, on how the girl got a gun and where was the security personnel at the time of incident, The Hindustan Times reports.
The modern trend of taking selfies proved to be costly at times, which sometimes also lead to killing oneself. In the recent past, two pilots were killed in a jet crash where on of them tried taking selfies repeatedly.
