Jet White iPhone 7: Apple’s Accidental iPhone Leak

However, Apple’s most recent leak wasn’t an exciting one but rather a disappointment. The disappointment is not with the iPhone leak, but instead the disapproval of a previous leak by Beats by Dre. This culminated in upsetting Apple fans in the process…

Beats by Dre took to its Instagram account last week by posting an image of the Jet White iPhone 7 with its Studio Wireless 3 headphones just nearby.

Apple has been rumored in recent times that it is considering producing on its iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus line the glossy white color option.

The Jet Black edition was bizarrely accepted in the market and to accompany this, many have suggested the Jet White iPhone 7. This may seem a great move in a traditional post-Christmas slowdown.

Apart from that, Apple is known to have a range of products with the white color brand. The deal is usually sealed when Apple tests this with its own headphone brand.

But before you get excited, make a closer inspection. Looking keenly at the “Jet White iPhone 7” posted by Beats by Dre shows that the new color was due to Instagram color filter combined with Tilt-shift feature. In addition, by just looking at the rear camera, you can see that this is not an iPhone 7.

Beats commented on the upheaval, saying that “The phone pictured is a silver iPhone 6.”

Forgetting about the bad news, why did Beats decide to use an old iPhone 6 while illustrating its headphones? The answer is simple – the iPhone 6 is more photogenic.

Yes the camera in iPhone 7 is better than any other iPhone ever made but to achieve this, Apple had to increase the camera size. The result of the move was a much larger protrusion than normal. That wouldn’t look so attractive in photos.

But then, Apple can consider this to be a blessing in disguise.

A simple exposure has seen more customers express how much they would love the Jet White. Apple will just have to make slight adjustments like not calling it “Jet White” and ensuring it is not scratch-prone like the Jet Black. Such a device could be scratched even with just heavy breathing.

Come on Apple, get the message from this “happy accident” and give the users what they want… still waiting.
