This year, the Nokia 9 is perhaps considered to be among the anticipated phones from HMD global. Surprisingly, this Nokia model is taking too long to reveal itself. In fact, we may not see the 2018 Nokia flagship in the market as it had been rumoured. But people have not stopped spreading rumours about the Nokia 9, and neither will they.
As per now, Nokia users and funs are hoping that the phone will be very powerful than the previous models, also, it will be a phone with the most unique design ever from the company- with penta-lens setup on the back.
In the past, there have been a lot of renders and several leaked images that shows what Nokia 9 will look like. But if that was not satisfactory, currently, there is a new 3D renders of this Nokia model to tickle the minds of the users as they enthusiastically wait for the phone to be launched.
A 360- degree video and the renders come courtesy OnLeaks in conjunction with 91Mobiles. The images shows the design of Nokia 9 from all angles. The images also portrays that Nokia 9 will have some amazing features such as an edge-to-edge display with thin bezels all around it. In addition, this phone will not have a notch- a feature which is common in Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 7.1.
According to the report from relevant sources, the display of Nokia 9 will be as large as 5.9 inch with a QHD plus resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:9. Other features will be a glass panel position on the back of the phone- this is not surprising as the company has been using the same glass for most of its Nokia phones, with Nokia 8 Sirocco not excluded. For better ergonomics, the glass on the back is curved around the edge of the phone.
In is something interesting that there is no any sign of physical fingerprint sensor that is shown by the renders. This makes most of the users to believe that the HMD Company may be considering an in-display fingerprint sensor. Of course, the penta-lens setup on the back of the phone is its highlight. The Nokia 9 will be the only and the first phone ever to come with 5 cameras on its back, trumping the Samsung Galaxy A9 which is known to have a quad- camera on its back. This will be true if there is no another phone company working on the same.
Based on the past leaks, the new renders can be true, because they show the five cameras on the back of the phone arranged in a hexagonal pattern in a similar way as a revolving cylinder in handgun. The Cut-outs are seven in total, out of these, five will be used for camera sensors while one is meant for approximately detection sensor and the remaining one could be used for the LED flash.
The company is likely to use a PureView branding apart from using Zeiss lenses. This is after they were granted the permission from the Microsoft. This is the reasons why several reports suggest that the phone will be known as Nokia 9 PureView.
