A man suspected to be a gun supplier to Paris attacks gunman Amedy Coulibaly, who killed 4 people at kosher supermarket in 2015, has been arrested by the Spanish police.
Madrid authorities reported that the 27-year-old Antoine Denive was detained during a Franco-Spanish raid that was done jointly in Malaga.
It is suspected that the Frenchman fled France after carrying out the 9th January supermarket siege.
Islamist violence, which took place in Paris for three days, resulted into the death of a 17 people.
Reports from the interior ministry in Spain stated that other two suspects from Montenegro and Serbia were also arrested during the raid that happened on Tuesday.
It is said that the arrested French suspect had connections with Serbs who provided him with ammunition and arms.
Mr Denive left France after the attacks before settling in Malaga, police said.
He appeared before a judge in Madrid on Wednesday and denied the charges. Unconfirmed reports said he had agreed to be extradited to France.
Evidence has emerged showing that he has links with Spain collaborators.
Sources have said that Coulibaly and his girlfriend Hayat travelled to Madrid on the 31st of December 2014 where they stayed for some hours.
On the other hand, Bataclan in Paris has announced that it will be open for the first time ever since 90 fans were shot dead there last November by Islamist gunmen.
