New Delhi: Former law Minister Mr. Jitender Singh Tomar, who was arrested over the fake degree allegations case has been landing into deep troubles day by day. Reports claim that the former minister has failed to give the common names for NaCl and H2O, which are elementary school standard questions.
Mr.Tomar, who was arrested on last Tuesday for allegedly fabricating a degree certificate, was taken to his claimed college in the Uttar Pradesh. Mr.Tomar said that he has studied Science in a college at Uttar Pradesh and later pursued the law Degree from a University, situated in BIhar. However, Mr.Tomar has failed to identify the washroom and Laboratories in his college to prove his claims.
Mr.Tomar has also failed to answer a simple question on the common names of H2O (water) and NaCl (salt). When asked about the different chemistry courses taught at the Saketh college, in Faizabad the former minister was not able to give an answer.
Earlier, Mr.Jitender Singh Tomar was arrested for allegedly creating a fabricated certificate claiming a law degree, from a University in Bihar. Followed by the arrest, the court has remanded Tomar for four days of Police custody. The AAP leader later on resigned to the position of his law ministry after being arrested.
The Police said that they are investigating into the matter, to know the culprit behind the fake degree providers. The Court has today, extended the police custody of Mr.Tomar to facilitate further interrogation over the fake degree case, The Huffingtonpost reports.
On the other hand, the Aam Aadmi Party, is considering for the expulsion of Mr.Tomar from the party. Sources claim that, the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was furious over Tomar on allegedly proving to him that Tomar’s certificates were genuine by forging a Right to Information reply from the college in Up.
