Pellegrini would have been tempted to replace the veteran with Hart after he struggled last Sunday but the manager maintained his trust.
When Manchester City beat Liverpool, they ensured that the Chilean coach gets at least one trophy as he finalizes his season before Pep Guardiola takes over the management of the team. He has the possibility of succeeeding in the Premier League and also the Champions League.
